Ünsa Load()Secure^TM PP-woven air dunnage bags are available in standard widths: 30" (76 cm), 36" (91 cm), 46 ½" (118 cm), 60" (146 cm) and 72" (177 cm) while they can also be manufactured in customized dimensions.

 

Product Construction:

Ünsa Load()Secure^TM PP-woven air dunnage bags are manufactured with 100% vertically integrated fabrics.  Starting with virgin polypropylene resin, Ünsa extrudes tapes and weaves fabrics which are coated in-house.  Ünsa woven coated polypropylene fabrics are engineered to provide less elongation than standard woven polypropylene fabrics. The internal bladder material is produced in different mil thicknesses depending on the application and made with specially blended materials to provide less oxygen transmission and superior performance. 

The end result is an extremely tough outer package of woven coated polypropylene fabric with an internal polyethylene bladder.

Ünsa Load()Secure^TM air dunnage bags are weather and chemical resistant which is favorable for open top shipments.
