Formstable FIBCs
Ünsa offers Formstable FIBCs and Liners for optimum transportation and storage.
Advantages of Formstable FIBCs
The Delta Duo FIBC
This Formstable FIBC is made of double layer woven polypropylene fabric. The unique but simple inner-ring construction prevents deformation and ensures that the FIBC retains its square or rectangular shape after filling.
The Delta FIBC
A single layer square or rectangular shaped FIBC with baffles sewn across the corners and directly to the outer walls of the FIBC.
The DeltaNet FIBC
The DeltaNet FIBC is an innovative addition to Ünsa's Formstable FIBCs, which promotes an effective flow to the product. The unique net baffle construction ensures the product to effectively reach the corner sections of the FIBC compared to most of the filling applications.
The DeltaNet FIBC ensures that a formstable design is maintained for optimization of space while allowing the product to effectively flow through the special net baffle construction during both the filling and the discharging of the product.
The Delta Liner (Formstable Liner)
An FIBC with the square or rectangular shaped patented PE Delta Liner provides effective utilization of space for storage and transport. Delta liners increase the filling volume between 15 - 30 % compared to standard FIBCs.
The PE Delta Liner with a barrier function protects the packaged goods from their immediate environment in order to maintain the chemical and physical properties of the product and to ensure protection against oxidation, moisture ingress and loss of aroma.
Optimal Utilization of Space
Because of their shape and construction, the Delta and Delta Duo can match the size of pallets being used and thus achieve the optimum load.
The Delta Duo with its unique patented construction is very stable during transportation and offers easy and secure stacking. The Delta Duo is suited to standard pallet sizes, therefore loading and stacking space is maximized, increasing the efficiency of transport and warehousing. Compared to standard FIBCs, the Delta Duo can offer up to 30% extra volume, when loaded into a container or truck.
The Formstable Delta and Delta Duo are ideal for high shelf systems with automated shape control and a perfect solution to pack products with a low bulk density, and unstable or aerated products.
The formstable FIBCs are produced for the following pallet sizes:
| CP 1: | 100 x 120 cm |
| CP 9: | 114 x 114 cm |
| Euro: | 80 x 120 cm |
